How To Check NECO Results[step by step guide-2022/2023]

 

NECO results are now simple to check compared with the formal ways. 

This step-by-step guide will teach you how to check your NECO results in a couple of minutes. 

You don't have to be worried about anything - just follow along with this tutorial. I promise I am going to use a low tone to walk you through it.

How to check NECO results [2022/2023]

1. Enter/type the NECO URL on your browser.

2. Select the year of examination.

3. Select the year examination type.

4. Enter your card PIN/token.

5. Enter your examination number.

6. Click the check my result button to see your result.

The NECO URL or link to check the 2022/2023 examination is https://result.neco.gov.ng. You can switch to the NECO results checker site with the above link if you already know what to do, otherwise, you have to finish the remaining parts of this tutorial before you visit it. 

You can still find the NECO results checker by:

•  Searching for NECO.
• Click NECO Results as described in the below picture.

Select year of examination 

As it says, you need to select the specific year you write the examination, E.g 2022. Be cautious not to select the wrong year, because if you do, it will hinder your result from displaying.

Don't get yourself confused about this. The NECO examination type means the exact type of examination you participated in. Since NECO conducts more than one examination, like SSCE(June/July, and SSCE(Nov/Dec), you will be careful not to select the wrong exam diet.

Enter your card pin/token

The NECO token is twelve digits. It only cost six hundred and sixty-five (665)naira. To get this token to check your result, you will need to buy one for yourself. It is available on the NECO results checker portal. You can still buy from another reseller apart from them.

Enter your examination number 

The examination number is not contained on the purchased NECO scratch card(that is if you buy it). You can get your examination number from your school management or if you remember your own, you are good to go. The NECO examination number is your center number plus your registration number.

Click the check my results button 

Once you have done all the above instructions, you can now check your result by clicking on the check my result button. [Remember to review all your inputs if they are all correctly filled before you click the submit button.
