The money you need
To register for a student visa as a Nigerian, you will need to pay nonrefundable money of Three hundred and thirty-one (£431) Euro. This is approximately 201,497.97 when converted to Nigerian naira. Multiply this amount by the total number of persons that you plan to go with to see how much you need for the processing. You will also need to pay for the surcharge. The UK visa registrars will also need you to provide the money for your course and living fee. When to register for the student visa

You are required to visit the official website of the UK government to commence the registration. The following are the step to register on the site.
1. visit the official website of the government of the United Kingdom at www.gov.uk.
On the home page, scroll a little downward and click on the visa and immigration link.
2. On the visas and immigration page, choose and click on the type of visa you want to register for, e.g study in the UK.
3. On the study in the UK page, choose and click on the type of student visa you need. For example child student visa or the study of English in the UK.
4. Click on the apply link that is visible among the links at the top of the page page.
5. Once you have been taken to the application page, click on the Start Now button to start the application.
6. Next, follow and enter what you are prompted to do.

2. Submit your biometric at the Tls to book an appointment
When you have completed the required information on the GOV.UK website, you will be redirected to the Tls contact company website to finish your application and verify your biometric data. The biometric data includes face capturing and fingerprint verification. You need to verify this information in other for your application not to b marked as void. On this website, you will be required to provide your international passport or any supported travel document. You can either do it online or visit their office in Nigeria to apply.

To submit your form at the Tls office you will need to provide:
1. A printed copy of your appointment confirmation email.
2. A printed receipt of payment for any Added Value Services.
3. A valid passport or travel document and residence permit (both original and copy) in A4 format.
4. Any supporting documents which you intend to supply (as well as copies of all originals in A4 format)
5. The first page of your visa application form.
