Jamb adopts 66019 plus 55019 to hitch-free 2022/2023 UTME/DE registration.
During the last four service years, many people had issues with the creation of their profile and sending their respective NIN to Jamb on time due to traffic jams on the platform, which causes many candidate mass failure with their registration.
On its support to fight the uncertainty during data transfer from aspirants candidates to its platform, the Joint Admission, and Matriculation Board has adopted another USSD code that could be used if the 55019 is not available.
The New USSD code [66019]; How To Use It.
In essence, 66019, like the former OTP, is meant to be used by 2022/2023 UTME/DE candidates for their profile creation and the transmission of their National Verification Number to the NIMC portal. Since more than a 1.5million aspirants are hoping to participate in this year's examination, there will be a lot of network brake during profile creation. For that reason, it is advisable to use the newly created number to send your credentials because many have already been familiar with the first one.
If you are ready for the creation of your profile with JAMB or you want to confirm that your NIN is correctly injected into the NIMC porter, read it on How to Create and Update Your Jamb Profile in 2022/2023
When to use the OTP 66019
Concerning the sending of your message away to Jamb, it is vital to send it when many are not yet sent. The registration is starting on Saturday 12th, February to March 2022. So you are advised to send it before it becomes crowded with fellow competitors. The best time to send your information is between 12 am to 10 am but midnight will be better because the network usage will be less.
